In short
All sales are final. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge made by our own billing, reported within 30 days, which we correct in full.

We do not refund a monthly fee, the build fee or an extra revision because you changed your mind, stopped using the site, or decided the service was not for you. You can still cancel at any time under the terms and conditions; cancellation stops future billing, it does not undo a charge already made. The only refund we issue is for a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount caused by an error in our billing, and only when you report it within 30 days of the charge.
Monthly fees
Monthly plan fees are billed in advance and cover the month ahead. If you cancel with proper notice, your site stays live and managed until the end of the paid month; that month is not refunded. If we fail to deliver the service in a month, for example the site is down for more than 24 hours in total because of something in our control, we credit that month in full on request; this is a service credit, not an exception to the all-sales-final rule above.
The build fee
The $697 one-time build fee is invoiced only after the site is live and you have confirmed you are satisfied. Because it is charged after acceptance, it is not refundable once paid. If you cancel with proper notice before the build starts, the fee is never charged.
AI usage and pass-through costs
AI minutes, message volume, carrier registration fees and domain registration are billed at cost after they are incurred and are not refundable, because the providers do not refund them to us.
Extra revisions
Extra revisions are billed after they are completed and are not refundable. If a revision was not completed as requested, tell us within 7 days and we redo it at no charge.
How to ask about a billing error
Email hello@getinsurancewebsite.com with your business name and the invoice number within 30 days of the charge. We respond within 2 working days and process an approved correction to the original payment method within 10 working days.
