We hold no insurance license in any state, we are not appointed with any carrier, and we do not sell, quote, place or service insurance of any kind. Nothing on this site, and nothing on a site we build for a client, is a substitute for the service a licensed agency provides.

It is general information for agency owners and producers and is not insurance, legal, financial or professional advice. We never quote coverage, premiums, rates, limits, deductibles or eligibility, and nothing here should be read as a statement about whether any policy, carrier or coverage suits any person or business. Decisions about coverage belong to the policyholder and their licensed producer.

Articles and general information

Articles we publish here, and articles we write for client sites, are researched and cite their sources. They describe general situations and never a specific person's or business's circumstances. Where an article explains what a type of coverage generally does, it does so as background information; the terms of any actual policy are set out in that policy and interpreted by the carrier and the licensed producer. Figures are drawn from the cited sources at the time of writing and may change.

Quote request forms

A quote request form on a site we build collects the details a licensed producer needs to begin preparing a quote. Submitting it is not an application for insurance, does not create a quote, a binder or a policy, and does not put any coverage in force. No coverage exists until a licensed producer and a carrier issue and bind it. The agency, not GetInsuranceWebsite, is responsible for reviewing every request, for any quote it provides, and for the accuracy of anything it publishes about coverage on its site.

Carrier and coverage pages

Pages describing carriers, lines of business or coverage on a client site are written in general terms from information the agency supplies. They do not represent any carrier, do not reproduce policy language, and do not state rates or eligibility. Carrier names and marks belong to their owners. Compliance with the advertising, licensing and disclosure rules that apply to the agency's marketing, including rules that apply to Medicare and health plan marketing, is the agency's responsibility.

AI agents

Where a client's plan includes AI receptionist, chat or messaging agents, those agents describe the agency, take quote request details and book appointments. They are configured not to quote coverage, rates or eligibility, not to give insurance advice, and to hand anything that would amount to advice to a licensed person at the agency. They do not bind coverage or confirm that any coverage is in force.

Results

Every agency is different. Examples of client outcomes on this site are illustrative unless they are labeled as a verified review. We do not claim that any website produces a particular number of quote requests, quotes or bound policies. Our guarantees are set out in the terms and conditions and are limited to what is stated there.
