A personal lines website that turns auto and home searches into quotes

A personal lines website works when a household searching for auto or home coverage in your town lands on a page about that exact line, sees your agency serves their zip, and finishes a short quote form on a phone. We build those pages, keep the bundle offer visible on every one, and run the site so your CSRs only handle the requests.

What usually goes wrong for personal lines agencies

  • Auto, home, renters and umbrella all live on one services page, so search engines have nothing specific to rank and shoppers see a list instead of an answer.
  • The quote form asks for a VIN and a full prior policy up front, so most people abandon it before the agency ever hears from them.
  • Rate increases at renewal send your own clients shopping online, and the site gives them no reason to requote with you instead of a direct writer.
  • Bundle discounts are the easiest close you have, and the site mentions them nowhere a household would actually read.

Quote request form for auto and home

A two-step form sized for a phone. Auto asks for the drivers on the policy, the vehicles by year, make and model, the current carrier and the garaging zip. Home asks for the property address, year built, roof age if known and the current carrier. A bundle option appears when both are ticked. Submissions land in your AMS or CRM with the household tagged for the producer who works that town.

A quote request is not a quote, an application or a binder. Nothing is in force until a licensed producer and a carrier bind it.

Three ways to run it

Same site on every plan. The larger two add the AI Engine and the Content Engine. The $697 build fee is invoiced only after launch.

Questions from personal lines agencies

Why does the form not ask for the VIN or a copy of the current declarations page?

Because asking for them up front is where most quote requests die. A carrier can start an auto quote from year, make, model and driver details, and your CSR collects the VIN on the follow-up call once the household is already talking to you. The form asks for what starts the conversation, not what closes it, and your team finishes the rest.

Can we show a separate page for each town we serve?

Yes, and it is the single most useful thing a personal lines site can do for search. Each town page names the neighborhoods, the lines you quote there and the same auto and home form. The pages are written for the town rather than copied with the name swapped, and the Multi-Line and Agency Book plans add articles that link back to them.

What happens to a request that comes in at nine on a Saturday night?

It lands in your AMS or CRM immediately and triggers whatever your workflow does there, such as a task for Monday or an automatic text. On the Multi-Line plan the AI receptionist can acknowledge the request by text within minutes and confirm a callback window, so the household knows a person will follow up instead of shopping elsewhere overnight.

How many changes can we send each month?

Five revisions a month are included on every plan, with no size limit on any one of them, and each is completed within 2 to 5 working days. A revision can be a new carrier, a rate-season notice on the home page or a whole new line page. Extra revisions past five are billed at a flat rate listed on the pricing page.
