A captive agent website that ranks your office above the corporate directory
A captive agent website works when a household searching for coverage in your town finds your office, your team and your quote form instead of a corporate locator page that lists every agent in the state. We build a local site inside the brand and compliance rules your carrier sets, and we manage it so the rules stay followed as they change.
What usually goes wrong for captive agents
- The carrier gives you one templated profile page that looks identical to the agent across town, so nothing about your office ever earns a click.
- Corporate search results outrank your office for your own town, and the household ends up quoting with a call center instead of with you.
- Every marketing asset has to follow brand and compliance rules, and one wrong logo or claim on a self-built site can cost you an approval.
- You cannot edit the corporate page beyond hours and a photo, so community sponsorships, team changes and local reviews have nowhere to live.
The pages your site will carry
Each one written for search and for a phone, each with the next step on it.
- 01Home
- 02Auto insurance in your town
- 03Home and renters
- 04Life and financial services
- 05Meet the office team
- 06Community and local events
- 07Neighborhoods we serve
- 08Request a quote
Quote request form within your carrier's rules
A local quote form that respects your carrier's brand and compliance requirements. It carries the approved logo treatment, the disclaimer text your carrier specifies and the product names as they must appear. It asks only for the household's zip, the lines they want quoted, drivers and vehicles for auto, and a contact preference, then lands in your CRM or the lead system your carrier requires you to use.
A quote request is not a quote, an application or a binder. Nothing is in force until a licensed producer and a carrier bind it.
Three ways to run it

Questions from captive agents
Will the site follow my carrier's brand and compliance rules?
Yes. Before the build you send us the brand guidelines, approved logo files, required disclaimers and any restrictions on wording, and we build to them. Anything the carrier needs to approve, you submit through your normal channel and we adjust as a revision if they ask for a change. We do not interpret the rules for you; we follow what you and the carrier sign off.
Can I have a website at all as a captive agent?
Most carriers allow agents to run a local site within their marketing guidelines, and many encourage it. Confirm your carrier's policy with your field leader before booking a demo. Once approved, the site focuses on the local pages the corporate directory does not have: your team, your neighborhoods, your community work and a quote form that routes to you.
Where do leads from the site go?
Wherever your carrier requires them to go. If you must use the carrier's lead system, we route the form there by API or Zapier and copy the request to your own inbox. If you are allowed a separate CRM, the form feeds it directly. The routing is set up during the build and can be changed as a revision if your requirements change.
Which plan makes sense for a single captive office?
Single Line covers a single-office agent: local pages, the quote form, hosting and two articles a week, all managed. Offices that miss calls during the day add Multi-Line for the AI receptionist, provided the carrier permits it. The pricing page lists each plan, and the build fee is invoiced only after the site is live and approved.
