A wholesaler website that brings retail agents and clean submissions

A wholesaler or MGA website works when a retail agent with a hard-to-place risk finds your appetite page for that class, sees which markets you access, and sends a submission with the details your underwriters need on the first pass. We build the appetite and program pages, the submission intake form and the agent resources, and manage the site as your appetite changes.

What usually goes wrong for insurance wholesalers and mgas

  • Retail agents cannot tell what you will write, so they email a submission for a class you declined last month and both sides lose a day.
  • Your appetite guide is a PDF that changes quarterly, and the version agents have saved is always the old one.
  • Submissions arrive as a forwarded email chain with the application buried, so underwriters spend their first hour extracting the basics.
  • Agents searching for a market for a specific class find a national aggregator instead of you, and your program never gets the look.

Submission intake form for retail agents

An intake form for agents rather than a consumer quote form. It asks for the agency and producer, the insured's name and state, the class of business, the coverage lines needed, effective date, target premium if known, and an upload for the application and loss runs. It rejects nothing and routes everything into your AMS or submission system tagged by program, so underwriters see a complete file instead of an email thread.

A quote request is not a quote, an application or a binder. Nothing is in force until a licensed producer and a carrier bind it.

Three ways to run it

Same site on every plan. The larger two add the AI Engine and the Content Engine. The $697 build fee is invoiced only after launch.

Questions from insurance wholesalers and mgas

Can the site keep our appetite guide current without a PDF?

Yes. The appetite page is built as a searchable list by class of business, with the programs that write each class and a note on what makes a risk fit. When your appetite changes, send the update as a revision and it is live within 2 to 5 working days, so every agent sees the same current version instead of a saved file from last quarter.

Do you build an agent portal with quoting or binding?

No. We build the public site that brings agents to you and the intake form that produces a complete first submission. Rating, quoting and binding stay in your policy administration system, and the site links agents to your portal once they are appointed. Keeping the marketing site separate keeps it fast, simple to update and clear of anything that needs a login.

How do submissions reach our underwriters?

Each intake form submission, including the uploaded files, is pushed into your AMS or submission inbox by API, Zapier or Make, tagged with the program and class the agent selected. Underwriters receive structured fields rather than a forwarded email. If you use a clearance process, the form can route to a clearance address first, set up during the build.

Which plan fits an MGA with several programs?

Agency Book is the usual fit, because each program needs its own page and the three researched articles a week give every program a stream of content that ranks for its class. Smaller wholesalers with one or two programs start on Single Line or Multi-Line. The pricing page compares them, and the build fee is invoiced only after launch.
