Five things that go wrong with an insurance agency website

Each one costs quote requests, and each one has a plain fix.

  1. The site is a brochure, so there is nowhere to start a quote.

A visitor who is ready to shop finds a phone number and an "email us" button. They call the carrier's 800 number instead, or fill in a lead aggregator's form, and you end up paying for a lead that was already on your site.

  2. Requests land in an inbox nobody watches after five.

A contact form that emails the office address is fine at ten in the morning. At nine at night the request sits until someone opens the mail, and by then the prospect has quotes from two other agencies.

  3. One "Products" page instead of a page for every line.

Search engines have nothing to rank for a BOP quote in your town or homeowners in the next county over, so the comparison sites and the carrier's own pages take the search you should own.

  4. It is slow on a phone.

Quote shopping happens on a phone, often in a parking lot between errands. A page that takes a while to draw is a closed tab, and the visitor never sees the form at the bottom of it.

  5. Nobody updates it.

A producer who left two years ago is still on the team page, the new carrier appointment is nowhere, and the hours are wrong. Every one of those is a small reason not to trust the agency with a policy.

What we do about each one

The problem on the left, the fix that ships with every plan on the right.

Fix

A quote request form on every line page that asks only what the carrier needs to start a quote.

Problem

Requests sit in an inbox overnight

Fix

Every request is pushed into your CRM or AMS and the producer on duty gets a text the moment it lands.

Problem

One "Products" page for twelve lines

Fix

A page for every line you write, crossed with every town you serve, each with its own form.

Problem

Slow on a phone

Fix

Static pages served from Cloudflare's edge with almost no JavaScript, 90+ PageSpeed guaranteed.

Problem

Fix

Weekly updates and 5 revisions a month included, then $20 each. Send the change, we make it within 2 to 5 working days.

What changes for the agency

Four outcomes, each one the reason a plan pays for itself.

  • Quote requests arrive complete.

Each form asks for what the carrier needs to start that line, drivers and vehicles for auto, the property address and year built for home, business type and location for a BOP. Producers stop chasing the basics before they can rate.

  • Producers reply from the tools they already use.

Requests land in EZLynx, HawkSoft, AMS360, Applied Epic, HubSpot or whichever CRM the agency runs, tagged by line and source.

  • You rank for the lines and towns you actually write.

A page for homeowners in each town you serve, a page for workers comp for the trades you write, each answering the questions a searcher asks.

  • Nobody at the agency touches the website.

No logins, no plugin updates, no hosting renewals. A new producer, a new appointment, a change of hours: send it as a revision and it is live within working days.

90+

PageSpeed, guaranteed in writing

The pages are static, hand-coded and served from Cloudflare's edge, so a line page opens on a phone before the visitor decides to leave. Almost no JavaScript ships: the mega menu, the theme toggle and the reveal on scroll, nothing else.

  • Static pages, no page builder, no plugin stack
  • Fonts and images sized for a phone first
  • If a page we host drops below 90+, we fix it at no charge

3 to 5 months

to start ranking for the lines and towns you write

Ranking comes from having a page that answers the search. A page for homeowners insurance in each town you serve, a page for workers comp for each trade you write, each with its own title, its own answers and its own quote form. Weekly articles keep the site moving.

  • One page per line, one page per town, crossed where it makes sense
  • Schema for the agency, the services and every FAQ
  • If it has not started ranking in 3 to 5 months, we keep working at no extra charge

How it works

Four steps. You pay for the build only after you have seen it live.

  1. Step 1 · Day 0

    Pay the first monthly invoice

Pick a plan on the pricing page. The first month is the only thing you pay before the site exists.

  2. Step 2 · Within a working day

Fill in the onboarding form, then one call

Lines you write, carriers you are appointed with, towns you serve, producers, and which CRM or AMS the requests go into. Anything missing can follow later by email or as a portal ticket.

  3. Step 3 · Live in 7, 10 or 15 days, by plan

    We build it

Pages, quote forms, integrations, articles queued. You review a live link and send changes as revisions.

  4. Step 4 · After approval

Build fee after it is live

Once the site is live and you have approved it, we invoice the $697 one-time build fee. Not before.

Three plans, one build fee, invoiced after launch

Every plan carries the full site, the quote forms, the CRM or AMS integration, hosting, updates and articles. The larger two add the AI Engine and the Content Engine.

What agency owners tell us

Illustrative examples of the outcomes clients report. Verified reviews are added after launch.

The auto form asks for the drivers and the vehicles and stops. People finish it. My producers open the request in EZLynx with everything already in the right fields.
Owner, two-producer P&C agencyMoved from a franchise-template site
Contractors find the BOP page, read what it covers, and ask for a quote from the same page. That is the whole reason I wanted a site and the old one never did it.
Principal, commercial lines agencyReplaced a WordPress site
I write term life and Medicare supplement on my own. The site does the explaining in general terms and hands me a call to book, which is exactly the split I wanted.
Life and health agent, soloFirst website
When a carrier changed its claims number I sent one email and the directory was right within the week. Nobody here logs in to anything, and that is the point.

Questions agency owners ask first

Six of the most common. The full FAQ covers revisions, articles, the AI Engine, hosting, domains, migration and billing.

What exactly does GetInsuranceWebsite build for an insurance agency?

A fully managed website built to start quote requests: a page for every line of business you write, a page for every carrier you hold appointments with, a quote request form per line that asks only what a producer needs to open a quote, and the whole thing pushed into your AMS or CRM. We design it, write it, host it, update it every week and keep it fast. You pick one of three plans, Single Line, Multi-Line or Agency Book, and nobody at the agency ever logs in to fix anything.

What does it cost, and when do I pay?

You pay the monthly fee for your plan up front: $127 for Single Line, $267 plus AI usage for Multi-Line, or $647 for Agency Book. The $697 one-time build fee is invoiced only after the site is live and you have approved it. There is no deposit, no hourly billing and no hosting line item. If you cancel before the build starts, the build fee is never charged.

How fast can the agency site go live?

Single Line launches in 7 days, Multi-Line in 10 days and Agency Book in 15 days, counted from the onboarding call. The clock depends on you giving us your lines of business, carrier appointments, license numbers by state and the questions each carrier needs to start a quote. Most agencies gather that in an afternoon. The site goes live on your domain the moment you approve it, and only then is the build fee invoiced.

How do quote requests reach my AMS or CRM?

Every quote request form posts straight into the system your producers already work in, by API, Zapier or Make. EZLynx, HawkSoft, AMS360, Applied Epic, GoHighLevel, HubSpot and plain email all work. Each submission arrives tagged with the line of business and the page it came from, so a commercial auto request lands with your commercial producer and a homeowners request lands with personal lines. Nothing sits in a web inbox waiting for someone to remember to check it.

Do you give insurance advice or quote coverage on the site?

No. GetInsuranceWebsite is a website design and management company. We are not an insurance agency, broker, carrier or licensed producer, and nothing we build quotes coverage, rates or eligibility. The site collects the information a producer needs and hands it to your licensed team. Every page carries the disclaimer wording you supply for your states, and any question about what a policy covers is routed to a person at the agency rather than answered by the website.

What happens right after I sign up?

You fill in the onboarding form at getinsurancewebsite.com/onboarding: your lines of business, carrier appointments, license numbers by state, producers, towns you serve and the CRM or AMS you use. It takes about 15 minutes. Anything you do not have to hand yet can follow later by email or as a ticket in your client portal, so a missing detail never holds up the build. Next comes one onboarding call to walk through your answers and fill any gaps, then we build.
